Cancellation Policy

At The Accessory Wala, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.
• If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• You may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further assistance.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Company’s Right to Cancel

The Accessory Wala reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Stock unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or incorrect customer details

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed if payment has already been made.
