1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (if marked non-returnable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
